The word buettpetten comes from North Germany, and actually means
tramping on fish. Tramping on fish?
Yes the North Sea's tide retreats far back when in low tide,
letting you walk right in to what was sea before.
Crawling on all four, and all of a sudden you will
feel a tingling sensation under any of your 4 limbs,
grabbing under it will reveal a Buett, a Buett is a flat fish
from the sole family.
The Buett, Flunder or flounder is a delicates
filleted.
